Created to support a smooth, professional and personalised experience for every client.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure a relaxed, one-on-one experience. The following policies outline how bookings, deposits and cancellations are managed.
Booking Deposits
A booking deposit may be required when making an appointment online.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to account credit if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice.
Card Capture
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all online bookings.
Card details are stored securely through Timely's payment system.
Where applicable, cancellation fees will be processed in accordance with the booking policy outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours' notice
Your deposit will be transferred to account credit for future use. No cancellation fee will apply.
Between 24 and 48 hours' notice
A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment value will apply. Any deposit paid will be applied towards this fee, with the remaining balance charged to the card on file where applicable.
Less than 24 hours' notice
A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the appointment value will apply. Any deposit paid will be applied towards this fee, with the remaining balance charged to the card on file where applicable.
No-show Appointments
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the appointment value.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Where insufficient time remains to safely perform the service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided for completed treatments.
